Community Shouts - Therapists & Coaches
...it takes a village to bring an idea to life. Today we highlight the therapists and life coaches.
Taking a step back from the normal topics, today is a post to give gratitude.
This post comes with a printable coloring image, should you choose to print and color.
GRATITUDE… to the therapists and life coaches who either have been a critical part in supporting the planning/information gathering for Toward Wellth or very talented people who I have networked with in the last year due and fully expect them to play a role in the programming at Toward Wellth.
GRATITUDE… to Jody Bechtold & The Better Institute - Jody has been my executive coach & therapist for the last 2 years and I’m eternally grateful for her guidance and support. Her practice, the Better Institute is a group private practice in Mt. Lebanon.
GRATITUDE… to Olivia Frye & Mindful Matters / Collective Wellness - Olivia is a therapist who founded a group private practice based in Mt. Lebanon (Mindful Matters) and a second endeavor (Collective Wellness) to focus on delivering shared-trauma group therapies.
GRATITUDE… to Beth Flynn - Beth is a Mt. Lebanon resident with a local independent practice focused on providing group therapies for children as well as individual therapy for adults who are caregivers.
GRATITUDE… to Noelle Marinelli - Noelle is a Mt. Lebanon resident with an independent practice focused on children, adolescents, and teens.
GRATITUDE… to April Jackson - CAPJ Consulting LLC - April is an Upper St. Clair resident who is a change catalyst. She is a personal coach as well as an executive coach who champions the intentional development of inclusive, diverse, equitable, and fair environments. She is an advocate for overall wellness and just a generally delightful person to be around!
All of these persons have played a role in supporting the planning related to Toward Wellth’s bend toward mental health services and programming. Thanks to them all!
… Will resume “normal” random topics on Wednesday.
