I used Claude Pro (Sonnet 3.5 - Concise) to help me generate a loose 2025 digital wellbeing plan, by using the prompt:
“Help me develop a personalized digital wellbeing plan based on my specific needs and circumstances.”
The output helped me save quite a bit of time I would have spent organizing and naming areas that need to be reviewed (like screen time overall) - to then put together an adjustment plan - and have something easily structured yet comprehensive.
It’s response?
Thinking through these as well as saying ‘time spent playing mindless games’ I had a good dialogue back and forth with the Generative AI chat agent.
This year I’m also asking myself “How much time should I interact with AI?” and “How can I have a plan to stay current with AI capabilities without overcommitting my screen time?”
At the end of the interaction, I have a pretty clear digital wellbeing action plan to try out going into the new year.
Overall, my goal is being mindful of the total time I spend engaging with a device - and the quality of the interaction.
