The honest challenge is keeping a balance of focus and rest. If I go too hard at any of the responsibilities (including parenting!), I feel the burnout - and I turn to many of the tools I am writing about. Even “micro-breaks” of getting 5 minutes of walking in have a pretty profound effect.
