Thanks for coming to the Toward Wellth Substack, whether as a visitor or a subscriber. The reason this substack was started is to be a digital resource that supports the physical Toward Wellth facility. Toward Wellth is a third place (not your home, not your work, but a ‘third place’) centered on social wellness. The core goal and mission is to improve the agency of patrons to improve happiness and decrease loneliness.
The digital space touches on the wellness topics that will be represented within the physical space when it opens (fingers crossed) in 2025. Many of the topics here are intended to present a concept, explore actions or exercises that can be practiced related to that concept, and then explaining how that concept will translate to the physical space programming.
The core topics are: Health, Mental Health, Community, ‘Dopamine Culture’, Organization, Spirituality, and Toward Wellth Updates.
